Until September, all classes at SO Pilates are available on a flexible drop-in basis, allowing you to attend sessions as and when it suits you. From September onwards, classes will move to termly block bookings to help clients build consistency, progression, and routine within their Pilates practice.

Sophie brings a genuine passion for classical Pilates, combining over 12 years of personal Pilates practice with professional training at the renowned PI Studios London. As a 4th generation classical Pilates teacher, she teaches the method as it was originally intended, staying true to the principles and exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.
Her approach focuses on precise movement, strong technique, and creating a welcoming environment where every client feels supported, whether they are completely new to Pilates or more experienced. Sophie is dedicated to helping clients build strength, improve posture and mobility, and develop greater confidence in how their body moves and feels.

SO Pilates classes are currently held exclusively at The Beautifully Converted Barn at Hackhurst Farm an idyllic countryside setting nestled away in Lower Dicker, conveniently located just off the A22. The peaceful farm environment provides a calm and welcoming space to focus on movement, wellbeing, and taking time for yourself away from the pace of everyday life.
